The planned activities are as follows:
COMBAT: Our marshals are designing the “Gated Tournaments” for the
Heavy, Rapier and Light fighting community. This tournament
promises that all fighters will have the opportunity to see combat
many times during the day.
ARTS & SCIENCES: Our A&S steward is preparing a focused slate of
competitions and classes with a decidedly Middle Eastern/Persian
flavor. The results of the culinary classes will be presented at
the Common Feast.
YOUTH ACTIVITIES: We’ll be serving up activities for our youth
also. We’ve confirmed that the Kingdom Boffer Combats equipment
shall be present and there will be age appropriate classes and
competitions.
COMMON MIDDLE EASTERN FEAST: All are invited to share in the
evening feast hosted by Their Excellencies, Uilliam & Luighseach.
The culinary excesses from the day’s classes will be shared with
all under the tents in a Middle Eastern style sit-down on a
cushion on the carpets extravaganza. Plan on bringing/preparing a
dish to share. Please bring your own feast-ware, carpets, cushions
and enclosed light source.
MIDDLE EASTERN ENTERTAINMENT: Drumming and dancing will be
prevalent both during and after the feast.
MERCHANTS: Yes! For same per-person fee and prize donation!
FEES: $8.00 for adults / $6.00 for children under 12 / Babies
free!
