Their Majesties Wishes:

Recommendations:

Letters of recommendations should be sent via email to: recommendations@sca-caid.org

Largess and Kingdom Regalia:

In Celebration of the Greatness of Caid, Their Majesties would like to add to the existing Kingdom regalia new banners & pennants, or other displays of Our Kingdoms Arms.

They also request the presentation of unique and handcrafted largess for gifts to Foreign Royalty. Thus continuing the longstanding reputation of Our Kingdoms artisans and craftspeople as some of the most talented in the Known World.

Personal Interests:

Combat, costume, textiles & fabrics, ancient history, pottery, needlework, period weaponry, jewelry making, leather craft, silk painting, pyrography, metalwork, stained glass & mosaics, feasting and music.

Gifts of Clothing:

His Majesty prefers to wear clothing of earlier period. Roman, Byzantine and embroidered Viking tunics are his favorite.

Her Majesty loves the Art of Costuming and frequently travels through time and to different lands to collect garb that is to Her liking. However, being a Lady of the 14th century, she also enjoys the simple elegance of fashions in that period.

Both appreciate and enjoy the metalwork and leatherwork involved in the crafting of period accessories.

To request measurements or sizes, please contact Lord Don Na Gall, Chamberlain to Their Majesties at atajofire@aol.com

Wish List:

His Majesty: A war chest, A tourney chair, Viking style items, Roman Kit, Fighter items

Her Majesty: A banner displaying Her personal arms, A tourney box or chair

Food and Beverage Preferences for Their Majesties:

***Reminder***

Please, do NOT prepare or present anything with Rosemary in it to their Majesties. That includes food items, decorations, lotions, potions, etc. His Majesty is highly allergic. Thank you.

In general, their Majesties are accustomed to more modern flavors and try to maintain a low-carbohydrate lifestyle. However, they do enjoy the robust flavors of ethnic cuisines from different parts of the world including Mexican, Middle-Eastern and Asian. Fresh vegetables and grilled meats are always acceptable.

Both try to avoid starchy foods and sugars, but will indulge themselves a treat once in a while.

Their Majesties appreciate well-crafted beers and fine spirits. Non-alcoholic drinks of choice are Diet Coke and Sprite, Gatorade, and juices.

Coffee, iced or hot is always welcomed. Preferably with half & half and Splenda sugar substitute.

Lunch meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, humus, tahini, pita, pickles, olives, cracker breads, hard boiled eggs, and nuts make great snack foods.

She has no known food allergies, and He has an aversion to mushy veggies.
